How does JaGedo verify service providers?

JaGedo applies a multi-step verification process. Document verification covers national identification or company registration documents, professional practising licences and certifications, regulatory registrations where applicable (NCA, BORAQS, EBK, HRB), and tax compliance and business documentation where required. Experience and portfolio review covers previous projects undertaken, project photographs, client references, and technical capabilities. Selected categories, particularly skilled tradespeople, may undergo interviews and technical assessments. Verification is ongoing: customer ratings, delivery performance, workmanship quality and responsiveness are continuously monitored, and verified providers must keep licences and registrations current to retain their status.

How do JaGedo escrow payments work?

JaGedo's escrow payment system links payments to verified project progress and completed milestones. When a customer selects a provider, the agreed payment or milestone is raised on the platform. The customer deposits payment into JaGedo's secure escrow account, where funds are held rather than released to the provider immediately. The provider then mobilises and begins work per the agreed scope. Customers track technical and financial progress, and milestones may be reviewed by the customer or the JaGedo team. On approval, JaGedo releases the corresponding payment to the provider, and the process repeats until final settlement and handover.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

If work doesn't meet the agreed scope or standards, raise the issue through the project workspace. JaGedo supports dispute resolution and remediation steps, with possible outcomes including refund, remediation, or mediation.
